You are invited to participate in the NBS 5th Annual Healthcare Vendor Fair on Friday, May 2, 2008. The event will take place at our Troy office from 9:00 AM 7:30 PM. We are looking to make this years event bigger and better than ever before. As you have noticed, we have removed the Higher Education part of this event and are making it a Healthcare only event. We are looking into a separate Higher Education event later in the year.
This year's event will be promoted heavily to Hospitals, Medical Practices and Long Term Care Facilities as well as to the growing number of A & D firms that are focusing on these markets.
We will be hosting 2 CEU accredited speakers at Automation Alley during the day to attract members of the A & D Community.

We are looking for a modest $150.00 per vendor to offset some of the cost of the event. We will be providing a Vendor Resource Guide to give to each attendee. In it will be a map of our showroom as well as a page on each of your lines. We will need the updated content for these pages by Friday, March 17. We have attached a sample page to show you how the information will be presented.
In addition, we will be instituting a “Punch Card” process for each attendee to maximize your exposure. Each attendee will be given a “Punch Card” which you will punch when they stop by to your booth. Attendees who turn in completed “Punch Cards” will be put into a drawing and the winner will win a weekend-for-two at the Grand Traverse Resort.
Lastly, you have an opportunity to “Sponsor” the key features at this event. Your sponsorship will get you additional recognition, signage at the designated area and you will be acknowledged additionally in the Vendor Resource Guide. Sponsorships will be taken on a first come first served basis. Co-sponsorships are encouraged!
